Thanks! Someone sent me an E-mail with a link to batteries. Would these work?
http://batteryspace.com/index.asp?PageA ... ProdID=385
Also, would this plug in to the n64 cart slot slot?
http://www.connectworld.net/cgi-bin/pro ... mZaDF;;465
and on one of these cables?

You said that you want to combine 2 systems together. I wanted to do that once and designed a diagram showing the wiring needed but I scraped the idea because of the size of my box. So heres a basic diagram of the wiring if you want 2 systems.
nope... can't think of anything I could possibly want to put in my Signature Block...
does 4500mah give you 4 hours?
that 50-pin connector is okay to connect to one end - the cartrige slot itself. that second link is for round scsi cale with the ends already attached. you dont want that. the connectros are designed to be easily connected anywhere along a piece of ribbon cable. you can buy the ribbon cable separately, but you can probably also find a 50-pin connector that already comes attached to a piece of ribbon cable.
like this : http://www.arcadeshop.com/pics/g-n-ribbon-cable.jpg
you should also consider using the wires from a piece of ribbon cable instead of the wire you currently have. find an old comptuer and take the 40 pin IDE cable out of it and use that for wire.
you may find your current design a tad unbalaced when you go to use the alalog stick. it might be hard to hold upright with all the weight cantilevered out like that.

Skyone, post 1: Thanks for that info! I'm getting that battery.
Csurban: Wow. Too complicated. All i want is to connect the sp's mobo to the screen. I need to get a switch to change the av in from n64 to sp.
timmeh87: Thanks for clearing up that stuff on the cable. So, should i look for a 50 pin male to female scsi cable, and also I carefully thought out my games, and I only have 1 question. does oot or mm use the control stick? If they do i have to change my design. (I ordered the game last week) if not I'm down wit da design.I dont think it will be too heavy. I prefer the n64's dpad over the control stick, cuz the control stick stinks. If only there was a way to connect the gamecubes cstick to stock controllers...
Skyone, post 2: Thanks for that info as well! I'm finnaly on the right road for power! I mean...electric power!

LOL, thanks. If I can find the right cable, I'm selling that cart slot. I'm thinking about making it straight and easy to solder*o* wrote:WOAH! are those wires on the cartridge slot thick enough?! good work though...keep it up

Yeah, I guess so. The double portable idea will be saved for my GCp. I finished wiring my controller. I'm figuring up the costs of this project right now...
OH NO! OOT USES THE CONTROLLER-STICK ONLY! Anyone got design suggestions?

I'm changing my design. (Thanks Oot. You killed my originality! YAY!)
It will be like this.
I think my whole n64p will be clear! O_O It turned out this way!
