It has been a week and my n64 still does not work...
I need some more specifics on this sleeping problem...I need to know if I have a sleeper or a dead mackeral

just check for shorts, make sure your jumper pack is ok, its probably dead tho

nope jumper pack is still good
and yes it is in corectly, the game i am testing is good and placed in correclty, I relocated the cart slot by soldering to the points the expansion slot was plugged into and there are no visible shorts on the cart slot
I need to know more about this sleeping thing (testimonials mabye)
