Buy it, or post a WTB thread here.

Online sites. I got one from Farnell but I'm sure digikey would sell them.

Digikey has a minimum order. All he wants is a TI card.

And I already posted a WTB thread, as soon as you suggested it. :P

Why not just use the free samples? They don't check to see if you have a real business. Even I managed to get some.

I bet you could buy some on this site. As far as I know people have really stocked up on these things.

And no, I don't have any myself so don't ask.

I got my screen! I took it apart to test the N64 with it(didn't get that far, though), but I broke something.... http://theseahawk.webs.com/DSC01813.JPG (how do I make the image a thumbnail?) It's hard to see in the picture, but the wire I circled is broken. My dad says he doesn't have anything to solder it with. Is there any other way to fix it?

Now that the screen is fixed, I decided to cut some wires. When I cut off the A/V input thingy, I discovered a mysterious black wire that was connected to it. Which I cut. But no worries, if I had seen it, I would've cut it anyway. I take it that it's ground. For testing purposes, I'd rather not cut up my N64 wires yet. But, where is the ground on a set of regular A/V wires?

on plain old av wires, ground is a mesh of wires around a second inner wire.

On each one? Or just on one of the individual yellow, red, or white? I'm still not really sure how ground works or what it really does... Just that it's important.

ground is basically the negative sides on batteries, and what helps completes the circuit in electronics.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. We made circuits in school, but we didn't learn about ground. Just the wire connected to the negative part of the battery.

So would I have to cut up my wires to attach the ground? :? Maybe I should just wait for my gamebit to come in, then I can just use my own wires.

i suggest waiting for the gamebit so you don't mess with your cords.and there's a wiring diagram in the N64 section if you haven't seen it.

I've seen a few wiring diagrams, this one is perfect for my question. I'll wait for my gamebit, it might come in tomorrow and I'm supposed to go to bed now anyway.
