Yes, we don't know if your batteries are still good or bad, they may have survived the fire.

But still, you don't want to risk an explosion, it's just too dangerous after actually being on fire, they could even be leaking without you even knowing it.

I multimetered them, and they still work, but I am not really sure if they are safe to use.

just connect your batteries to your charger and the protection circuit will snap back on.
