N64P price

What do you guys think is a good price to sell an N64p. With the works like extended game port, rechargable batteries with a built in charger, backlight screen, switch between built in controller and pluging one in.

I'd suppose if you have the standard AA rechargables or something, a ps1 screen, and a well built case it would be between $150 and $250.
Also, whether or not it has a ram expansion pack would also matter.
