Real or Photoshopped?? NES Controller LED Mod

Post by flybuy7 » Sat Feb 04, 2012 11:38 pm

Thoughts on this? Only one example of it out there and no real documentation/video of it, just stills.
LED's behind the logo, A + B, select and start would be pretty sweet though! Was thinking maybe creating a light tube in there so you'd still only be running 2 LED's but don't know that there's space for that.

Looks fairly real. It could be done pretty easily since the controller runs on 5v...

Well this is actually really easy to do, you just need 5 volt leds i used white leds because red ones seem to be darker, you just cut a hole behind the decals and put the leds behind the controller runs over 5 volts so you dont need any extra power you have to connect them in parallel so they dont drain the voltage
