Okay Since I Got My NES To Work Again, I Am Going To Start A NES Portable. Here Are My Questions
1. Should I Use The NES Case?
2. Should I Use The Original NES Controller?
3. Where Should I Get A Screen?

I've been reading up on the Hecken-boards in preperation for my first project as well.Soulsaviger wrote: 3. Where Should I Get A Screen?
I can't (yet) accurately answer the first 2, but if you want a 3.5" screen, I've heard of this being a fine one.

I recently became interested in NES portablizing because I have owned a Super Joy for years and have never realized their true potential...until now.
Super Joys are extremely tiny and are much easier to use than original NES. They also have built in games.
One thing that I have heard though, (and can somewhat attest to) is that they are somewhat flaky with carts. i/e artifacts, etc.
Here are some resources that will save you a LOAD of time:

Hope this helps.
Also, someone more experienced please add, or comment to what I've said.
