Why do 2 of those chips look like they have the AMD logo on them?

I was told the NES used a Motorola processor?

It does.

AMD makes / made more than just x86 clones, you know. :P (So does Intel, for that matter.)

Can anyone post a link for a good affordable ( =<50$ ) screen. The only one I found was a 80$ Xbox Zenith. Thanks in advance.

Use "general electrical wiring" for cabling rather than very thin stuff.

hailrazer- Thanks, I was not getting anything cause I was always writing Zenith in the search bar.

bacteria- I know it pretty gay wire, I will try to get something else. When I'm soldering and it takes a bit to long it start to melt.

NoNo I didn't get new wires yet. I finish soldering 1 side of my wires to 36 pins (1st layer ). Is it just me or relocating the slot is one of the longest crap ever.

Ok, nothing makes you look more like a generic teenager than using the word "gay" to describe completely non-homosexual things.

A better way to say it might be "a bad choice of wiring medium" or "inappropriate material". If you give the ol' "That's too nerdy for me to say", then you don't belong in a place where consoles are hacked.

That sounded way harsher than I intended, but it really ticks me off when people do that.

That said, I suggest against making the cart slot stick out perpendicular to the portable.

Sorry about that. Yes, I will definitely not make it perpendicular to the board.
The reason I'm Relocating the slot is:
1.My 72 pin Connector wasn't working anymore (Original Catridge side).
2. Easier to have a smaller casing since you can put the PCB flat against the case. (Normally, everything on the PCB wouldn't allow the C slot to exit all the way out of the case).

Since I don't want the game to be sticking out, would putting it horizontal be a good idea?

But uh, the cart slot slides off, and you can just buy a new one and put it back exactly where it is without soldering.
