Look at my location. I'm in florida. so I wouldn't know...BUT......If you look really carefully at toy stores or small places there, you will most likely find one. twice in my life here in old people land I have noticed little stands that sell them with really dishonest salesmen. I have also noticed them in tuscon arizona being sold in little stands. you can find these stands in malls or common grounds, but they're not always there.
The best place to get these are online. Ebay has everything.

i'll give you a link, but since i'm posting this from an abandoned school house, it still has internet security up and it won't let me on ebay. you're just going to have to wait for me to finish soldering my pcs power supply.
damn thing fried completely.

Well, I was in downtown Toronto in September of last year to see PLAY! A Videogame Symphony, and on the same street as the Apple store, there are a number of random electronic/thrift stores that were loaded with NOACs. They were about $20-$30 CAD when I was there last.

Toronto has a huge Chinese district, you can buy DVDs that arnt suppose to be released for months, for like 9.99 each, in some of the shops so I wouldnt doubt that theres stores there that sell pirated gaming stuff aswell.
