The last 72-60 pin converter diagram I found was wrong, so I decided to make my own. All I did was take the 60-72 pin converter out of a gyromite cart and work backwards with it. If anyone else has the a correct conversion I'd like to know if mine is correct or not.
Also, remember that on the side with pins 1-30 on the famicom port corresponds to pins 37-72 on the NES port, and pins 60-31 correspond to pins 36-1 on the NES port.

Speaking of which, any reccomendations for a particular kind of wire of cable or something that'll make it easy to do this and won't break or anything like that when I put the port wherever I plan to put it(most likely somewhere around where ben put it on his)
