My Nes Portable "Mystic"

I felt like I should restart my thread. Basically like the last one but some changes.

Parts I'm using:
AG-85
Nes
7.4v 4400mAH Li-Ions
Psone Screen
Built-in Game Genie
Innovation Turbo Controller

So far, I destroyed the RF box and remove the Li-ions from the casing.

Few questions:
I'm not sure how to wire my battery to the psone screen. Link
It looks like that and some wires are on B+1, VCC1, CON1, B-2. I think I wire B+2 to the screen and B-1 to GND, right?

Also, what does it means when people say tie your consoles and screen ground together?

The Innovations controller. It's really small.
