One-Handed 360 Controller

I was looking for a right-handed controller but can't seem to find what I need. If someone knows anything about where to find one or someone who could make one I would greatly appreciate it. What I am looking for is a controller with the LB/LT on the left face of the controller about 1/2" to the lower left of the d-pad. I also would like the RB/RT on the right face below the existing buttons. The existing Ben Heck one-handed controller makes it impossible to move and press the buttons at the same time which is not going to work for my gameplay. Also the Access controller which I now own has the layout in a very uncomfortable position for me plus the triggers and bumpers are all on one module making it impossible to aim and shoot at the same time on most FPS's. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.
