Nes controller conversion to Dreamcast?

Does anyone know how to connect a NES controller to a Sega Dreamcast controller?...I have a ROM with NES games for the Dreamcast but I want to use a NES controller for the "real feel" response in order to play like the original...I will pay someone to convert it for me...Thanks, Dan
