Playstation 3 HDD Swap Issue

Hey guys,
I had an issue while trying to swap the hard drive on my PS3. It's one of the old models and I've swapped the drives on other systems before with ease (used to have to do it at work). Well, the blue screw on my personal system put up quite a fight (which didn't happen on any other system) and it ended up getting stripped. I've tried various screwdrivers, pliers, my mom even tried glue on the tip of the screwdriver to try and get it to grip better. Nothing has worked. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on a good way to get that screw out (that don't involve damaging the system in any way, preferably). Thanks in advance!
