Wireless Xbox 360 controller to Rc

Alright, this is a bit of an interesting project what i want to do is take an xbox 360 controller and link it to a rc car, i was thinking about using the rf modulator from the front of the system to do this, im just not sure how to get the car to react to the control modual to the servo's any ideas out there?

all the ones out there have used arduino, a programable chip (or some crap like that)
