Best way to fix 3 Red Rings?(YET AGAIN)(URGENT)(RAM ERROR)

The heat gun is VERY difficult to do because the gun gets so hot and you can overheat parts very easily.

Some people think I talk to hear myself, but that is not always the case.

As I said a heat gun is difficult to use to re-flow. Never recommended unless you have practiced with it MANY times on junk parts and have got it figured out. Definitely not for just anyone to try.

well what do I do now,

i got the 0031 error so now I have removed the ram chips, where can I get new ones, and where can I get a solder ball template for the ram chips so that I can reball them?

this same thing happened to one of the 360's someone gave me....mine was because of a messed up power supply..but hopefully it is your ram chips now that you have them off

1. NO towel trick...EVER
2. Replacement chips could be bought from the guy who did you reflow
3. Heat gun reflow is safer than the towel trick
4. Never use any repair with the word 'trick' in the name
