cool stuff. I like that you used a black cord.
Re: snes controller as classic controller(pic cuz it did happen)
Yeah, a white cord sticking out of a SNES controller wouldn't look very retro. Great job on this, how hard was it to make?

not very hard, if you know the secret:
Cheat
basically, i cut down the board to one of these and wired it up, after a little bit of modification to the bottom half of the controller shell, it fits quite comfterbly

Well, you could also accomplish the same with microcontrollers if you're a little short on the buckaroonies, but either way, nice job.

quick question, if I were to sell this, how much would you pay?
Re: snes controller as classic controller(pic cuz it did happen)
It's not that hard of a mod so don't expect huge profit. Why don't you open a thread in the trading post and see?

Hifeno, it's almost like you didn't read the thread at all, lol.
He stuffed a wii-SNES adapter in a snes controller.

I'm trying to fit the actual classic controller pcb into the SNES controller shell. I think it can be done, I just need to get a dremel or something like it to cut up the pcb.

this mod is easyer, and you lose no functuality, quite the opisite, hold start and down for 5 seconds and the dpad become the analoge stick, and start+select is the home button
Re: snes controller as classic controller(pic cuz it did happen)
Yeah, maybe. I have one of those adapters. I actually made an adapter to use actual NES controllers (rather than Famiclone with Sega-style plugs) on this thing as well. Anyway, I have a disassembled Classic Controller and Super Famicom controller waiting for the operation, because I want to play Samurai Showdown Anthology with two SNES controllers, one thru the adapter and one that will be like yours, but with the Classic Controller inside.
I just want to do it and prove it can be done. I actually created a topic her a while back:
