Hey guys. Is anyone else excited for this game? I love techno and love the mashups that are in the game. (Ive previewed most of them.)
I've always loved turntablism also, and used to scratch records when I was a wee little child. Haha.
It also looks a lot easier then guitar hero, plus when I played it at Best Buy, it was easy.
Its $130, which is average price for guitar hero games. (I think.)
So tell me, who else is getting this?

Re: DJ Hero
Most guitar hero games with guitar are $100 or $110, so it's a little bit more.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of those music genres, so I'll pass.

Re: DJ Hero
ANyone else gonna get it?
Re: DJ Hero
I was thinking about getting it, but now i think i will wait for scratch: the ultimate DJ
Though the gameplay doesnt seem as "fun" and the demo i have seen has much less scratching (which in truth is more realistic in a DJ set)
but here are the reasons it will be better
The deck was designed by numark and Akai using a real Numark jog dial and 4 akai designed drum pads ( one for each of the 4 colored buttons on your PS3/XBOX
studio mode will be free play mode so you can scratch and make beats and use your samples as you want, record and upload to XBL or PSN
a line in jack to plug in your MP3 or a mic so you can record samples
and i have read that they will have a scratch tutorial to teach you real scratching. though i dont know how you can when the fader is just a toggle switch
then again so is DJ hero
and the best part is i hear they want to release PC software for it so you can use it on your pc!

I'd get it just for the Daft Punk remixes

Re: DJ Hero
It has Juke Box Hero, how could I not buy it? Also, you know Daft Punk and the Beastie Boys are cool too, plus it looks fun.
Seriously though, how is Juke Box Hero not in any of the several Guitar Hero games that predated this? It just makes sense. In all seriousness though, I do intend to buy it, probably when the inevitable sequel comes around and the price drops.
