Not sure if this is the right place to ask....
I have a problem with an Epson LX300 printer. My OS is Windows XP, and even though the driver is in there, the printer is not working. It turns on, everything seems fine. I'm using the LPT1 port. Windows is configured to use the original Epson driver. It's even configured as the main printer. But, it's not printing. Nothing. Not even garbage text.
I tried with other drivers, such as the LX300+ driver, the LX400 driver, even a Casio printer that is said to be compatible. I'm pretty sure it's not the printer, 'cause I tried it with another PC and it works fine. The other computer is also running Windows XP.
What could I do?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Help with Epson LX300
Uninstall all the drivers that didn't work, reboot, install the latest driver off Epson's website, reboot, make sure the DIP switches are set correctly (if there are any), and try again.
Also make sure the parallel port is enabled in BIOS.

I did what you said, and it's finally working.
It printed the test page like seven times, but now its fully working.
Thanks a lot!
