Dont see why it wouldn't. MOBO has PCI-E imput and the graphics card is PCI-E. . .

Nah, should be fine as long as you have a decent Power Supply

As long as your power supply has enough grunt to power it, and you don't have any physical clearance issues in your case, it will work.
