Little more info?

Well, first off you need to check for the available ports on your older computer. Check for what type of network card it is, like pci or pci express. Then see if you can get supported drivers for your computer/OS. I wish I could give you more suggestions but for some reason certain websites are either taking hours to load or aren't working at all.

There are some older 3Com network cards that can work under System 7.5.5, and I know of one 802.11b card that works on it as well. Don't count on new cards working, unless you run the newest version of OS X that will possibly run on it. (But since you said "Power PC", it's probably silkscreened on the case which means it's more than likely pre-G3.)
