How are plugins made for the psp?

Post by stuntpenguin007 » Mon Jun 15, 2009 9:31 pm

My iPod was recently dropped in a glass of coke, so I'm putting all my music on my psp, but the only thing I really miss is the shuffle feature (and the easily navigable gui)

So how are plugins made? I'd really like to make a shuffle feature.
