I know this sounds like a stretch, but in source, vehicles, npc's, speech and just about everything else is documented, including minigames.
Could we give it a crack?

A half life mod...

THIS man is brillant(or woman)! Ill help with any modeling/ voicework/ideas you need. if you could get more people who know how to code you could seriously get this going. Id help program but the only langage i know is casio Basic( i love to freak my teachers out by programming my calculater hehe)
