Well, here it is. Written in VB, using DirectX 8 IM.

Use mouse to move around, right mouse button to turn. Mouse wheel goes up/down. Press 1 to cycle through day/night modes.

Have fun with it.

I think he gave it up. The whole reason probably because it lacks other support(physical, not moral), and no motive of finishing....

I get a corrupted zip error also. Would you be able to reupload it? I wouldn't mind taking a look at this.

I seem to be getting corrupted zip errors as well. I've tried it with 7-zip winrar and winzip.
