Since GTP is no longer much of a group effort, perhaps this forum should be renamed as a general coding forum.

It does make sense to change this to a general programming forum. As just GTP, its been quite inactive and can honestly be done in a superthread.

Don't change it, even if the topic changes a little. It's a huge part of our history as a forum. Don't ruin it. Besides - someday... :D

I'd love to do that but really we have a problem of people posting coding threads in Forum42, where technically it doesn't belong. So changing the name is the best thing to do. That way we have coding questions posted here and not where it will cludder up other forums.

And for the new names, I elect Skynet.

I don't really understand the name Skynet for a programming forum, what is it supposed to imply?

Wasn't Skynet in Terminator? Guys who made and programmed the evil evil robots. I think Ben should make a new forum for programming and leave this as a tribute to the hard work of marshallh.

Edit, we need a portable console hacking forum.
