Nokia phone won't let me edit the password

my mom has this Nokia phone that has a red stripe running along the sides of it, and it's a total touch screen phone (if anybody has pics of this type of phone im talking about, please post them so i can further explain my mom's problem)

im trying to edit the wlan settings on the router it's connected to, but so far, i can't figure it out for the life of me

reply soon because my mom wants to use it to see if she can send the pics on her phone in email messages; this is kinda important to her

Is there a way to delete the existing WiFi profiles?

i guess its a 5800 XpressMusic phone, but the green call button, white menu (i think) button, and red end call button are part of the screen and not the type of buttons that can be pushed inward

im trying to edit the password for my mom's phone that is letting her (not letting her) connect to our router to be able to use the phone's internet capabilities

It might be locked out by her service provider in hopes of making her pay them more money for a data plan.
