Im sorry about the damage that occured during the shipping.
It probably would have been fine if you would have got it the first time UPS came to your house.
They came 3 times and then held it for you. It was probably thrown in and out of trucks each day.
And You didn't pay twice. You had to pay a customs fee/sales tax for it being imported/ coming over the border. You did not pay for the shipping I did.
I was thinking about maybe refunding your money eventually when I get it but, not now since you insulted my home.
