GP2X games on Pandora and other platforms wrapper?

I recall seeing that a wrapper for GP2X games to let you play them on Pandora and (my main interest) other Linux Arm platforms was made for a coding competition, but I've lost track of it and forgot the name even. Anyone know if it was released to the world at large, either binary or sourcecode? If it did get a general release, is there an Android port?
