On-The-Go --> iPod Charger

Post by iHackedit » Sun Nov 14, 2010 12:45 am

Edit! This project is going well, I only need one more thing! Its a regulator. -.-
So I need to get that, also I grabbed my female usb adapter out of a small hub and it doesn't have the wires so I don't know whats black, green, white and red. Please help with a diagram or something. :)

Thanks for the link =J.
I'm making mine from the second link =J.
If there is anything I should add (LED, Switch etc..) then tell me before I buy the things to do it =J.

The switch would go on the positive line.
The led would go after the 7508 to the usb.

EDIT: Heres a diagram.

That won't work, unless you want a fried LED.
But why add an LED? You can tell on the iPod when it is charged.

Also, you may want to take a look at this. Apple's pretty picky about third party products.
