Post by silver » Wed Jun 17, 2009 9:02 am

my freinds recently bought me an original dmg for my birthday because theve known i really wanted one...
one problem is the screen- it only shows part of the screen in the middle the pixels on the sides are dead,
and dont want to buy another dmg just to replace the screen!
does anybody know where i can possibly buy a screen or buy one off of somebody?

Try taking it apart and flexing the ribbon.

Then, if that does not help, run your soldering iron over the connection on the ribbon a few times.
