Is it possible to use an analog or C-stick instead of a D-pad for a GBA?

do you have any pinouts/schematics?
Any analog stick besides the n64 one would be fine.

Yeah, I want to put a psp joystick instead of my crappy ds lite dpad. It's nearly impossible to play the hard parts of super mario 64 ds.

An analogue stick will be WORSE. You will still have digital control, but it will be less intuitive and harder to use.

No, you can't. Ben made that for using a new analog, the PSP stick will not just work automagically on a digital d-pad.

Oh jesus, guys, this won't make it analog. It'll still be digital, and it won't help anything. Stupid idea is stupid,
