Why not solder wires from the L shoulder to the Select button and scrape away the traces from Select so Select no longer works; so when you press Select you get L shoulder?

I am going to do that, but have a tact under the plastic for the "L" button, the tact being wired to "Select", so that, when I press "L" I press "Select".

I'm hoping to find a prx module that will let me remap the "Select" button to "L" at all times, so that when I press "Select" the PSP thinks I presses "L", because I need the "L" button more than "Select".

Did that make sense/sound wierd?

I'm also trying to figure out Joysens, because I lost my dpad too...(hint-hint)

I also lost my power switch, but thats rewired to the note/music button.

Why not just replace the L switch? (Or is this an electronic problem?)

Its electronic.

The port stopped working.

Basicly, I need a program that turns off the dpad and the L button from thier orignal port.(it constanly presses l and up left)

and switches between the dpad and joystick via button command
the smae with select and L

There was one prx that I heard of that would do what you're talking about called remaPSP, but I can't be sure of that name. I also don't think it's been updated to work with the newer custom firmwares. I think the last firmware that it worked with was 3.03 OE-C.
