Custom Gameboot and Coldboots on 3.4 OE-A?

I changed the question from my old thread. I figured out the problem.

Anyways, I have been wanting to install a cool gameboot/coldboot on my PSP. All I find is these .PMF video files. How do I install them to my PSP. If you know how, where is a good place to download some?
