Where to find MVS Systems or PCBs?

I was wondering where I could find a Neo Geo MVS system or PCB at and for a reasonable price. Thanks for the help.
Also, be sure and ask at your local arcade sellers. They probably have some loose board around that you could haggle them for. I talked to one guy who had a complete bust-a-move machine that he couldn't seem to sell, and he offered to pull the board for me and sell me the board and the game cartridge and any other parts I wanted for a flat $100. If you know the guys who work at such a place that's a real plus too. Otherwise, yeah, ebay is cheapest.
Emulation isn't accurate. There is no substitute for real hardware!

you can get single slot MVS boards for under 50$ SHipped a lot of the time. i got mine from a member of this forum for really cheap, like 20$ or something. also check craigslist! ive seen whole arcade cabs for less than 300$ working systems to boot
