Post

Okay, how about a MAME cab where you can stand up or sit down, has 4 player joysticks, steering wheels, light pistols and light rifles, all the buttons you will ever need for any arcade game, a port for a PS2 controller, and more. any ideas?

I've seen several people attempt something like this. It always ends up either being impractical to use, or aesthetically revolting. At the very least I would say go with two different cabinets, one for racing games, one for pretty much everything else.

I had my sketch up for the HyperMame..
Can't find it...
It would have a 50" hd tv, 7 player , flip around driving controls, and super comfy gaming chairs with built in speakers on the seats sides.

Why on EARTH would you need a 50 inch HDTV for MAME?

You'd need one for those games that are coming out soon that no modern computer could possibly run at half speed.
I was thinking about a normal mame cabinet with dual lightguns. That is, if I can find any lightgun games I like that can run on this thing.
Hey, sup?
