Bicycle USB charger

I am going to buy this http://www.amazon.com/Shimano-DH-3N80-D ... B003UA7LNQ" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and was hoping to somehow get it to charge my iPhone as I ride my bike. It pushes out 6v at 3 amps so should have plenty of power to keep my iPhone going. I am sure I need to come up with something that will make sure the iPhone is getting the 3.3v continuously, be small so it can mount on bike, and waterproof. I can go with the biologic reecharge but there are issues with this device. For one it has a battery in it and can't receive a charge and deliver a charge at the same time.

Got a hunch that it'll output power as an AC current, so make sure to put a diode on the output.
