Regulators

Post by JonathanMC » Sat Mar 12, 2011 1:23 pm

I have been looking for the right regulators for a while but i don't know much about them. Can anyone help me and provide a link or something? I am looking for a 3.7V input to 5V output step up regulator, and a 3.7V input to 3.3V input step down regulator. This is for the N64 BTW and i know that i need those voltages, not 12V or 7.5V or any of that.
Thank you for any help!

Well on the stepdown regulators you have a minimum input. And for the 3.3v step downs all of them will have a minimum input of at least 4.5v.

I've never seen any lower than that.

Why not start out with a 5v supply? That way all you need is the 3.3v regulator.

That is a good idea, do you have a link to a good 5V battery?
