If you aren't going to make the board yourself you could hire a company such as iTeadStudio.

I must admit that I've not tried their services myself. There may be another company the forum can point you torwards.

Which design would you like me to render the Gerber files for?

also; hydrogen peroxide+vinegar+salt works prety well for an etchant. You might be able to make this board at home if you can find a cource of copper clad. PCB
