Create a shortcut to get to X folder?

I tried to Google this, but I didn't find anything.

Anyway, I am always adding new stuff/deleting stuff I don't like to Team Fortress 2 and the folder is such a pain to get to every time.

How can I create a shortcut to my TF2 folder? I right click on the folder and their is no "create shortcut" option?

right click, send to: desktop (create shortcut)
