The easiest and fastest way is probably to burn it onto either 3 CD-Rs or a DVD+/-R, unless you have a reasonably fast UMS device (USB HDD, USB flash disk, etc), or can hook up a slave HDD internally.

Torrent it, upload it to 5 trusted people, reformat and have them seed it to you. I would help. :D

Yes, burn on a DVD or a flashdrive. If the data is important, make two backups of it, just in case.
