Well, considering the clock is used for setting a lot more important things than the clock in the corner of the screen, I doubt it.

Wouldn't that just reset the clock?

Actually yeah. Having no batteries wouldn't stop the clock from running while the PC is on. It would just reset the clock (and BIOS settings) everytime you turn on your PC.
But I'm sure there is some kind of program.

With questions like this, a better question is WHY do you want to freeze the clock?

One of those two, definitely. Remember the good old days when you could bypass ANY trial by just setting back your computer clock? I sure do! Good ol' windows 98

It still works with a few programs on XP. Can't sign in to MSN when the date is wrong though.

actually, those are all good reasons.
The reason is: My dad installed this new program(due to school) that limits my time. I cant change the time, as he took off the privledges. and he changed the administrator pass.

Wich program is it? I cracked one once after two weeks of hard work. No way it could be disabled unless my dad would've litteraly locked the computer away.

You could just use a live Linux distro and bypass Windows completely.
Or use ophcrack to get the administrative password.
