Battery Questions
Post
by r3ap3r » Thu Aug 09, 2007 2:59 am
OK i was thinking about putting a battery in my Gamecube lappy but i have no idea about them. First if i have a 3.7V battery at 500mAh and a 3.7V battery at 1200mAh, whats the difference? Does the 1200mAh last longer or what. I just need a little guidance thats all, thanks. Cheers^_^

More mAh means more battery life, you were right.

Just to say, you're gonna need a whole lot more juice than 1200 mAh, and I think more voltage. The GC runs at 12v I think...and 1200 mAh would give you about a minute of gameplay at most.

How the hell did you work that out?
That would mean the thing is running at 60 amps.
Also, 3.6v means that you are using lipoly, be safe, use protection (i sound like a condom add).

I know what the GameCube runs off i was just using 3.7V as an example. So the more mAh the longer it will last?

I'm sorry that I don't always calculate everything - I was just saying the batteries you mentioned probably wouldn't be enough.
Geez...
