Computer Boot Hassle
Moderator:Moderators
Ok, so I recently had my problems with my computer. I finally fix it. But, when I start it up, it boots fine, but about halfway through booting, it stops and displays the command prompt. I have to type in "win" in order to get it to boot fully. After that, my computer works just fine. It didn't display the command prompt during the startup before I had a problem. How do I fix this? I'm running windows 95.

Open your AUTOEXEC.BAT file in Notepad and add "WIN" to a new line at the end.
