...the Nintendo 64 1st Party Controller. OK, now hear me out...it has contacts in reasonably sane positions, is fairly easy to cut up (I cut mine up with WIRE strippers), and already have solder points. Anybody agree or want to flame me. Post the thing you do/use to relocate controllers: tactiles?Raw Splits?

NES is easier since it uses a dip package :P
Anyways, I have the pinouts for the NES, SNES, and N64 controller ICs, so all are just about as easy, only difference is smt/non-smt soldering.

No I mean like, litearlly, what do you do when you relocate :P I take N64 controllers, cut them up and use those as a custom controller! :)

I use high quality tactile switches of which you can buy for $0.075 ea. from me ;)

i think the snes is better, the contacts came up on my N64 controller
