Sometimes they get corrupted while being used, and rolling back a driver has the same effect that restoring windows has on the system in general. A backup of the driver is made when the device is functioning perfectly, so then later you can restore those settings if it gets all screwed up.Sword_Gun wrote:Rolling back doesnt do anything, this is the VERY first video driver on the laptop.
