Video signal Questions
Moderator:Moderators
Yes it's me asking about video stuff (again). Anyway, I am researching about video signals and pinouts, and stuff and would like to know what sync means as part of the pinout for (example) the psone. (I did search but found nothin) Thanks in advance!

Specifically, Composite sync is a 15.2KHz signal generated by the game system that lets the screen know what pixel it is transferring. It's really a bunch of pulses.
It's used with RGB.
Composite video and S-video both have composite sync combined with their signals (In s-video, it's combined with the Luma line.)
