Either this:

http://www.gamesx.com/avpinouts/rgb21pinj.htm
While traipsing about in Japan, we picked up RGB cables for use on our monitors back home. The problem was these cables used an entirely non-standard plug, which had 21 pins on it. There's a European connector, called a SCART or Euro connector which is identical in appearance, but the pinout from the Japanese version is completely different!

Or this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SCART

i doubt its scart, for one its a tiny connector, at most an inch wide and why would they use a scart cable in a us all in one computer? kinda odd the lcd is analog tho so i might be able to use it i have to find out more about that cable tho

yea you pretty much have it there its a
electronics interface connector model FI-WE21P-HF manufactured by JAE
used in the gateway profile 2 computer, its a panellink interface cable, so its some form of dvi input into the controller board but i cant find the pinouts for that
