What would happen if you parallel wired batteries of different voltages or series wired batteries of different amp outputs? what would be the results?

In both cases, the cells would reverse charge eachother and eventually start leaking.

in series there wouldnt be any reverse charging going on. but you would be limited by the size of the smaller battery. if you drained it to absolute dead all the time the smaller one would eventually get seriously damaged because it will get cycled much deeper than normal.
