Only if you could do that with a ps2...But it is impossible
Anyway it could be better to cool it with a side-blower fan and deflect the air outside after it passed the heatsink.
It could make it slimmer!

Its not actually 100% done, if you look you can see I need to fill in the spot where the original 5v power connector for the PSP went. Other than that I need to dab some touch up paint in spots and remove the superglue I managed to get on the face of the X button. Minor stuff.
