I think this has already been discussed here...
PM an Admin maybe.

It is a bit of a nightmare to get installed and running correctly, and even so it just gets spammed and filled with users who are constantly off topic.

I am certain that a chat room for a MODDING FORUM, would be based around MODDING, and not anything else...
